What information do we collect and how do we use it?

Information is collected from our customers at the time of sale by our publisher, Digital River. At that time only the buyers name, address, e-mail, phone number, and what products were purchased is forwarded to us. This information is used only to provide customer service. John Clark Software Creations will never rent or sell customer or client information to third parties.

Referral Partner Sales

John Clark Software Creations does not control how our partners use their customers' information. Please refer to our individual partner sites for their privacy statements.

E-Mail Policy

We do not send unsolicited e-mails except to notify our customers of upgrades and patches available for products they have purchased.

Cookies

"Cookies" are small pieces of information stored by your browser on your computer hard drive. Our cookies are used only to identify to our partners that we referred you to them. They contain no personal information about you and do not identify any specific customer traits.
